On the ice, Ron Stern is a force to be reckoned with and will drop the gloves at just about any opportunity. Off the ice, he's one of the nicest guys around. This jersey was used during the first game of the 1998-99 NHL season in Japan as part of the "Game ONe" program. This was the first time the Sharks wore this style of jersey and it was Stern's first game as a Shark. For a one-game wonder, this jersey shows a tremendous amount of wear with a lot of stick marks near the hem and several unrepaired holes. The attractive Game ONe patch is on the right shoulder. It has been autographed (upside-down!) on the back number. Obtained directly from the team.
