Matviychuk played a number of years in the North American junior and minor league system. This jersey was worn during the 1998 World Championships (Pool B, played in Ljubljana, Slovenia) and shows great game wear including stick marks, board burns and pilling. The collar stitching is badly frayed. Due to the heavy wear, this jersey was probably used for a number of tournaments, including the 1998 Olympic qualifications. Features a sewn crest, numbers and nameplate (lettering is heat-sealed). "UKRAINE" is screened down both sleeve and a sewn "IIHF 90th Anniversary" patch is on the left breast.
